Profile: A cozy tea,
right until unexpected guests interrupt it. Toasty genmaicha green tea is
paired with bright lime, and soft notes of rosemary.
Ingredients: Green tea, lime, rosemary, thyme, and roasted & popped rice.
Brewing Instructions: Bring water to 80ºC/176ºF. Use 1tsp of loose tea
per cup. Rinse the tea briefly with hot water, discard water, then Steep 2-3
minutes in fresh hot water.

How Much Tea Should I Order?
As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
