Flavor Profile: An incredible blend of Assam, Darjeeling and Dimbula Ceylon black teas resulting in a malty, smooth muscatel flavour with a hint of a coppery twist. The tea itself is golden and bright, like the moon it is named for.
Ingredients: Black tea.
Brewing instructions: Bring water to 100ºC/212ºF. Use 1tsp of loose
tea per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes.

How Much Tea Should I Order?
As much as you like! As a general rule, 50 grams of tea makes roughly 22 cups of tea, 100 grams makes 44 cups of tea and 250 grams will make 110 cups of tea. So long as you keep your tea in a well sealed bag or container, it has a nice long shelf-life, too.
